WPC door production line is used to produce the wide door boards from wood powder, PE or PVC plastic and processing additives, for making the WPC doors. Both solid and hollow WPC door boards can be produced by the extruder of the production line.
WPC door production line usually consists the following units:
1, WPC extruder:
Conical double screw extruder type, SJZ80 or SJZ92 models for choice.
Connection of main motor and reduction box could be direct type or split type.
Barrel and screw are made of alloy 38CrMoAlA, with nitriding treatment.
Cast aluminum heater with fan for cooling, temperature set and auto control through the accuracy OMRON temperature meters.
Material feeding speed and extrusion speed can be adjusted easily on the control panel.
2, calibration table:
For Installing the shaping zones and water cooling tank of the WPC door molds.
Supply water for profile cooling.
Blow off the remain water on the WPC door board after cooling.
For PVC WPC door board, vacuum system is required on the table.
3, hauling machine: caterpillar type with rubber blocks for working, anti-slip.
4, transverse cutter: smooth cutting, controlled by PLC module. And the sawdust collector is assembled on the cutter side.
5, roller stacker: avoid the damage to the WPC board while stacking after cutting.
6, main control cabinet: electrical parts and componenets are from famous brands, for example, ABB inverter, SIEMENS contact, etc.
Some auxiliary machines are necessary in the wpc door production plant, for example, wpc materials mixer and wpc pelletizing machine, air compressor and water chiller, etc.
With different board moulds, this wpc door production line can also be used to produce other WPC boards for furniture, kitchen cabinets and partition, etc.
To produce PE WPC or PVC WPC door boards, the WPC production lines have some difference on the machine design, and the production flowcharts are also different. Therefore, please send your enquiry about PVC WPC or PE WPC door board clearly, our team will response quickly.
100% recycled PE pellets with the required technical parameter can be used for wpc door extrusion.
