There are two popular types of WPC co extruison line at present:

Cast aluminum heater and air cooling system are assembled on the barrel, and use intelligent meters for temperature set and control of heating and cooling.
Powerful vacuum degassing system is used for the main extruder, hopper dryer is usually used for the co-extruder to dry the materials for outer layer of WPC profiles.
WPC co extrusion moulds are changeable units on the wpc co extrusion line by different size and shape requirements of wpc profiles.
On line embossing machine is usually used on the wpc co extrusion line for direct 3D embossing while the wpc production process.
