1, After the garbage truck entering the field, the garbage firstly will be unloaded on the loading platform. the large pieces of garbage (such as furniture, tree, large construction waste, etc) are separated out manually. Then the garbage are pushed into a hopper for evenly distribution to next units.
2, Out from the distribution hopper, the municipal solid waste is conveyed to manual sorting platform by belt conveyor, where the workers will sort out the large objects, for example, quilts, clothes, trunk, branches, long sticks, brick stones, plastic bottles, plastic films, glass, etc.
3, The sorted waste will be put into the relative hopper connecting to the different conveyors, and the left solid waste will be conveyed into trommel screening machine for screening treatment. The hole diameter of trommel can be customized by the real requirements.
4, The remaining waste materials will be moved forward for second sorting or other after processing. For example, shredding, crushing or baling, etc
5, the sorted and filtered waste will be collected for deep treatment, such as , baling or shredding, etc.
