Plastic waste sorting flowchart description:
1, the waste materials mixture are lifted to the loading platform. Firstly the large pieces of waste (such as furniture, tree, large construction waste, etc) are separated out manually. Then the waste mateials are pushed into a hopper for evenly distribution to next units.
2, Out from the distribution hopper, the waste mixture is conveyed to manual sorting platform by belt conveyor, where the workers will sort out the different waste objects, for example, plastic bottles, plastic films, plastic bags, etc.
3, The sorted waste will be put into the relative hopper connecting to the different conveyors, and the left waste materials will be conveyed into trommel screening machine for screening treatment. The hole diameter of trommel can be customized by the real requirements.
4, The remaining waste materials will be moved forward for second sorting or other after processing. For example, shredding, crushing or baling, etc
