This integrated plastic bottle grinding system includes a crusher host, cyclone system and control cabinet. Discharged freely from the crushing chamber, the plastic flakes is transported to a cyclone silo by blower through stainless steel pipeline.
For enhanced workflow, the plastic grinding system can be equipped with an optional infeed belt conveyor, allowing for continuous and effortless feeding of materials into the grinder. Furthermore, the cyclone system can be customized and replaced with an auger screw conveyor (spiral elevator) for controlled and directional discharge of the finished flakes to the next stage of your process. This flexible configuration is ideal for recycling plants and plastic reprocessing facilities.

Consist of the plastic bottle grinder machine
1, rotor and blades
The grinder rotor has 5 mounting rows for the rotary blades in V shape arrangement, so that the plastic bottles can be cut into flakes smoothly. In this way, It brings the higher throughput but less powder material, and lower noise levels.
The external bearing mounting is used on this bottle grinder, water proof, easy maintenance.
Both rotary blades and stationary blades are made of alloy steel, such as D2, good durability.
And the blades can be sharpened repeatedly in a long time once they are blunt.
2, driving system
The drive motor is mounted on tension rails to allow easy adjustment of the V-belt tension. The motor drives the rotor through V belt and pulley.
Good quality motors are used for our crusher machines, for example, WN, SIEMENS and JIAMUSI, with high efficiency of energy utilization for long stable running time.
3, hopper
Usually we make the hard plastic crusher machines with side feeding inlets, and install plastic curtains on the inlet of crusher, to prevent the materials pump out while the crushing. On the top inside of the hopper, water spray unit is installed, but the users can choose to crush the plastic with water or without water.
Two units are optional for opening of the hopper for blade replacement or chamber cleaning. One is mechanical screw rod design, the other one is hydraulic system.
4, screen sieve
Screen sieves with different mesh sizes are replaceable based on different size requirements. A mechanical unit for easy change working.
The hinged screen frame is convenient for replacement of the screen sieves, and it can be installed and removed through a separate door.
5, crusher body frame
The body frame has a solid welded construction with thick carbon steel to form the heavy structure for steady crushing, avoid the frame cracking and excessive stress damage while crushing with full material loading. And anti-vibration rubber feet can be fixed to reduce vibration and noise.
6, safety Machanism
A safety unit is installed on the crusher frame, once the hopper or front door is not closed well, the crusher will not start up.
And two emergency stop buttons are set on the machine body and control panel for quick response when emergency happen.
Auxiliary machines for working with the bottler grinders:
1, belt conveyor: the users can use this belt conveyor for feeding the plastic bottles into the crushing chamber from the ground, labor saving and high efficiency.
2, screw loader: it is used to discharge the plastic flakes of the bottles from the bottom of the grinder.
3, screw friction washer: instead of the screw loader, it can be used for washing the flakes of bottles while dischaging the plastic flakes from the grinding machine.
