On the shredder, 4 edges rotary blades are arranged on the shaft and two stationary blades are install on the bottom of shredding chamber according to wood properties and effective shredding design, sinlge cylinder or double cylinder hydraulic system is chosen for different shredder models. While the shredding process, the motor drives the main shaft to rotate through the reducer, and the hydraulic system pushes the waste wood materials to rotating shaft for shredding, if the current is too high or too low, the pusher will draw back to the original position, then move forward to push the left wood for shredding again.
Under the shredding chamber, screen sieve is used for different size of shredded wood materials, the users can choose big holes or smaller holes on the sieve.
Once the material loading is over the set value of pressure, the main shaft rotate in the opposite direction to release the pressure and reduce the loading automatically.
