The double-stage water ring pelletizer is a high-performance recycling solution specifically engineered for processing PE squeezed film, 

hard flakes, and mixed plastic waste into premium-grade recycled pellets. 

Featuring a dual-stage extrusion system, this pelletizing line delivers superior plasticizing and efficient degassing, effectively removing

Pelletizing Line Configuration

Screw Feeder → Force Feeder → 1st Extruder (with Vacuum Degassing) → 1st Hydraulic Screen Changer → 2nd Extruder → 2nd Hydraulic 

Screen Changer + Die Head → Water Ring Pelletizing System → Vibration sieve → Centrifugal Dehydrator → Cyclone System → Packaging 

(optional)

A control cabinet is used for the centralized control of the whole plastic pelletzing line. PLC with touch screen system is optional.

1. Efficient Removal of Moisture & Volatiles

Post-consumer plastic waste and heavily printed films often contain significant moisture, ink residues, and low-molecular-weight volatiles.

The first-stage extruder is equipped with a large venting port to effectively remove water vapor and volatiles during plasticization. The 

second stage further degasses, ensuring dense, bubble-free pellets with excellent quality.

2. Thorough Filtration for High Pellet Quality

Recycled waste often contains impurities such as paper scraps, sand, dust, and metal fragments. The two-stage configuration allows for 

dual screen changers—positioned between the two stages and at the die head—to achieve coarse and fine filtration. This multi-stage 

filtration system effectively removes contaminants, producing bright, dense, high-purity pellets.

3. Stable Processing of Lightweight, High-Moisture Film Materials

Lightweight, fluffy, and moisture-laden materials such as agricultural film, mulch film, and printed packaging film often cause bridging, 

uneven feeding, and output fluctuations in single-stage extruders. The two-stage pelletizing line is specifically designed for high-moisture

 (approx. 10%), dirty, and lightweight plastic films, delivering stable, uniform output with high throughput.
