One whole PP PE strand pelletizer line includes cutting compactor or forced feeder, single screw extruder, hydraulic screen changer, strand mould, water cooling tank, blower dryer, pellet cutter, cyclone silo and centralized control cabinet.

The plastic films or flakes are loaded into cutting compactor or forced feeder firstly, then the materials are fed evenly into the single screw extruder for good plasticizing and degassing, after filtering out the impurities by the hydraulic screen changer, the plasticized materials are formed into strands through the perforated plate mould, and the strand materials are hauled through a cold water tank for cooling, a blower is used to blow off the water from the strands after the cooling tank, then the strands are cut into pellets in the vertical pellet cutter, and the pellets are blown into cyclone silo for package.
